Matris Opus Management -“M.O.M.” is a boutique mother agency focusing on scouting, discovering, and developing talent worldwide. Founded in 2020 by Casting Director Maurilio Carnino, M.O.M. relies on highly experienced professional industry executives to achieve its goals.
Maurilio has an extensive history of working in the modeling industry for many decades. He previously worked as an agent for world-renowned agencies in Italy, Spain, and the US. Later he founded his own casting company MTC Casting, where he managed countless castings for high-end luxury Fashion Designers, including fashion shows and campaigns, and collaborated with high-profile magazines and photographers.
Maurilio now focuses his creative expertise on his real passion: scouting new faces worldwide and talent development with the objective of matching and signing new talent with the best model management agencies around the world. Transparency, honesty, and loyalty are the driving forces at the core of his establishment and are all part of M.O.M.’s DNA; hard work is its modus vivendi.
