The Mother Agents

A mother agent is a home or “mother” agent who manages a model, developing and placing him or her in the right markets helping them build and maintain a career in modeling. They are generally considered a “model manager" and will manage the model, overseeing the worldwide agencies that represent that model.   TheMotherAgents.com is a is a directory celebrating small mother agencies directing their models to the front lines of high fashion and markets producing notable brand names in fashion. It’s a website to help model talent find legitimate and high level industry proven mother agents.

I’m a senior model agent in New York and I work with mother agents everyday. I know the difference between a mother agent that just wants to collect a commission and one who works hard for their models day and night.

The Mother Agents is recognized in the United States under The Supermodel Project as tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our EIN # is 32-0681442.

Our Mission

This site was created to help talent find proven & legitimate management easier. We showcase the hundreds of small scouts and “mother agent” operations throughout the world that dedicate their lives to scouting and placing talent, managing models, answering calls in the middle of the night, having constant conversation with the New York, Paris, Milan and other agencies and investing in their kids. Our goal is to create a global verification for mother agents to elevate and value the level of responsible management. These are the names you don’t know. These are the unknown mother agents.
